May 19–21 – The 2026 West Africa (Nigeria) International Refrigeration & HVAC Expo (MEGA CLIMA) was held at the Lagos Convention Center. Nigeria is Africa's most populous country and West Africa's largest economy, offering a huge market with strong growth potential. MEGACLIMA is the largest and most influential HVAC&R and cold chain event in West Africa, drawing big crowds and many business visitors.

The expo featured quality exhibitors from China, the US, Turkey, Spain, and other countries. Global brands such as LG, Carrier, Emerson, Panasonic, Daikin, York, Sodeca, Fanexfan, Erdemler, AGas, DeserAOSmith, ArefCooling, GoldenHouse, SimiSolar, Midea, and Gree all had a strong presence. The exhibits covered a wide range of products, including air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation, air purification, and related HVAC equipment, showcasing the latest technologies and system solutions in the global HVAC&R industry.

The RACC organizing committee places great importance on inviting overseas buyers and exhibitors. This Nigeria event marks the 19th stop of RACC's 2026 global promotion. To strengthen its presence in West Africa, the RACC committee set up a booth (C8) at the expo to promote the RACC exhibition.

As the official China General Agent for this expo, the RACC committee organized five Chinese companies — Hongsen, Keleng, Zhongxiang, Zhongqun, and Zhengcheng — to exhibit in Lagos. Their solid products and mature solutions drew attention from buyers at the event.

During the expo, the RACC team visited exhibitors one-on-one and met with local buyers face-to-face. They introduced RACC's new exhibition zones, innovative forum activities, and the world's first VIP buyer service system. Many exhibitors said RACC is a truly global platform and expressed interest in visiting RACC to connect with global industry resources.

The successful conclusion of MEGACLIMA marks another step forward in RACC's global promotion. Through professional and efficient on-site engagement, RACC has won wide recognition from exhibitors and buyers both at home and abroad. Going forward, RACC will continue its promotional tour across more than 40 countries, building a more targeted and efficient platform for international trade and supporting the high-quality development of the global HVAC&R industry.
